Crow’s Creek Campground

Smithville, Missouri We stayed here 10/1/17 in a primitive site overlooking the water.  It was the last weekend of the season and it wasn’t too busy.  The campground was well maintained and clean.  It’s also in close proximity to town.  We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future. Elm Creek, Nebraska Stayed 5/8/17.  One of our favorite places we have stayed.  We talk about our stay here often.  When we stayed we were the only campers.   We found large and level spots where the road forks to the left.  Our spot was on the water.  Easy access on/off the highway as well as clean and quiet.  Great overnight!  We would gladlyContinue reading “Sandy Channel State Park”

Cimmeron State Park – Tolby Campground

Ute Park, New Mexico  Stayed 5/4/17 – 5/7/17.  When we stayed this campground had fewer campers than the other two campgrounds in the area.  It was located along a creek, beautiful, quiet, and clean.  We were there on opening weekend and it was just the camp host and us.
