RV Tank Flushing

RV holding tanks—both black (sewage) and gray (sink/shower water)—inevitably accumulate significant buildup over time. While standard onboard sprayers rinse the interior, they often miss corners and stubborn debris like mold, mildew, and hardened waste. This build up can be intensified by full time RVing, having an onboard washer/ dryer combo, or using a macerator pump.

RV tank flushing is a method that is straightforward but powerful, utilizing specially chosen equipment to reach areas standard maintenance cannot.

The Connection: A specialized pipe fitting is attached between the RV’s waste outlet and the sewer hose.

The Hydrojet: A flexible wand with a cleaning head chosen and tested to hover in the tank (for reaching the roof of the tank and hard to reach areas) is guided into the tanks.

High-Pressure Scrubbing: A pump generates 2300 PSI of water pressure to aggressively blast the interior surface, including hard-to-reach areas that the standard tank flusher installed on your RV may miss.

Flushing: The pressurized water forces dislodged debris and waste through the sewer hose and into the park’s disposal system.
