Milford Lake State Park

Louisville South KOA

Shepherdsville, KY  Stayed 1/1/20.  This park has a good number of amenities and although we only stayed one night we were impressed with the facilities.  Its location is not only near Louisville but also near several distilleries on the bourbon trail.  The after hours check in process was easy.  Our night was quiet and we would stay here again.Continue reading “Louisville South KOA”

Whittington Woods Campground

Goosenecks State Park

Mexican Hat, Utah Stayed 4/6/19 – 4/8/19.  Wonderful view.  Camping on the edge of the canyon.  There are eight designated sites along the canyon rim with fire pits and picnic tables.  Primitive camping with dirt roads/ sites and first come first served.  We loved our stay here and will definitely go back. Twin Knobs Campground

Morehead, Kentucky Stayed here 3/27/19.  The campsites are developed and include fire pit and picnic table.  We were very impressed by the quality of our site pad and the number of amenities at this campground.  We chose a primitive site and were very happy with our stay.  We would stay here again in the future.
