Fisherman’s Corner Campground
Hampton, Illinois Stayed here 5/9/17. Our campsite was on the Mississippi River overlooking Iowa. We got a great view of the sun setting over the Mississippi. The site was nice and had electric only. Sandy Channel State Park
Elm Creek, Nebraska Stayed 5/8/17. One of our favorite places we have stayed. We talk about our stay here often. When we stayed we were the only campers. Cimmeron State Park – Tolby Campground
Ute Park, New Mexico Stayed 5/4/17 – 5/7/17. When we stayed this campground had fewer campers than the other two campgrounds in the area. It was located along a creek, beautiful, quiet, and clean. We were there on opening weekend and it was just the camp host and us. USA RV Park
Gallup, NM Stayed 5/3/17. The sites in the park are every close together. We needed a place to sleep and dump our tanks. This park fit the bill. The night was quiet and we were able to use the dump station on the way out. We would spend another overnight here. Campground Website http://www.usarvpark.com/
Davis Camp
Bullhead City, AZ Stayed 5/2/17. You can see Laughlin form this campground and it is beside the Colorado River. Jet ski rentals are available without having to leave the campground. The view from our site was pretty awesome. We would camp here again. Campground Website https://parks.mohave.gov/
Red Rock Canyon State Park – Ricardo Campground
Cantil, California Stayed 5/1/17. This campground has developed sites with picnic tables and fire pits. Our site backed up to a rock formation that was pretty cool to check out.
